Privacy notice

This website is operated by Veil Imperium LLC under the Veil Imperium Press imprint.

Reader list

We collect your email address when you request reader updates. Your subscription becomes active only after you confirm it using the link sent to your inbox. We keep the confirmation and consent record and use your address for book news and occasional author updates. Each reader email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal at [email protected].

Fan mail

The correspondence form collects your name, email address, and message so that Malcolm’s office can receive and respond to your letter. Fan mail does not add you to the reader list. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

Storage and operation

Information is stored on our managed servers and processed by the mail infrastructure used to deliver confirmations and correspondence. It is not sold. Messages and subscription records are retained while needed for correspondence, your subscription, and necessary administrative records. Unsubscribing stops reader updates immediately; you may request deletion of your personal data by email.

The site uses essential operational logs, limited anti-spam controls, and cookieless Matomo analytics to understand page visits. Form contents, email addresses, and confirmation tokens are not sent to analytics. It does not use advertising cookies or third-party social embeds. Visiting a social link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
